uwfmgr is not working on Windows 10 Pro

Hi, Well I have an issue with my school. I'm the setting up my school lab and I have all the computer running on Windows 10 Pro build 17134.407 Version 1803. I want to freeze my PC so that they are protected from write. At reboot they should wipe everything and restore at a saved state. I activated Unified Write Filter but When I run CMD (As Admin) uwfmgr doesn't do anything. See the attached picture.

Yes, I'd like to do used UWF on Windows 10 Pro not Enterprise. I activated the feature but when I use the command line nothing happens

UWF features is not work with Windows 10 Pro OS 

Its only applicable for Enterprise version.
