Hi,

Could you please provide a screenshot about the 3 blue lines? 

There is no lines in the files and folders name in my OneDrive for Business web page. If the issue happens in your web page, change a browser to have a try.

In local OneDrive for Business sync client, there is no lines either. You can send the screenshot to us via GBSD TN Office Information Collection [email protected]. We would open your picture for more troubleshooting. Please involve the thread URL in the email message for easy follow-up :)

Hi,

I have received your email and get the screenshot.

For the blue lines, it is generally displayed next to indicate that these files and folders are new created files and folder in OneDrive for Business.

Dear Winnie,

 I am experiencing problems that might be linked to these 3 blue lines thing.

 My friend added some files in her Onedrive folder and they were uploaded to the server and I can see them there, but the files won't be synced to my computer and my desktop Onedrive program says it's synced. In the server they are all marked with those 3 blue lines.

  I restarted the computer and checked whether the options for sync are correctly set and still there is the problem.

 Do you have any help?

Hi Michal,

Please understand that one case only focuses on one issue.

For your new issue, could you please open a new thread with clear title in Office forum? Then other users who read it can also give more information on it.

Personal suggestion, please copy the shared files to your OneDrive folder, then sync them to OneDrive desktop client to have a try.
