Accidentally deleted headset

I accidentally deleted my headset from my microphones, and i accidentally deleted the default microphone that came with my computer. what do I do? Can a microsoft member gain access to my computer and help me?

If you go to Device Manager(right click Start button) you should be able to scan for devices and get them added back if they are indeed connected to the system.

In addition, we could try to uninstall the audio device driver from the device manager, restart the machine, the driver will be reinstalled automatically.
