Where To Download Visual Studio 2010 SP1 FULL Installer?

Hi.

I can find the download link for the Web Installer but this is useless when my machine where I need to install Visual Studio SP1 to does not have web access.

Where can I find the full download package for VS 2010 SP1?

(Note: if anyone from Microsoft reads this please make the full package available in future as a priority BEFORE the web installer)

Whatever resources I found, all of there are no longer there.

Will be appreciated, if anyone send working link where VS2010SP1 can be downloaded.

Hey Microsoft, are we really going to let a sketchy google drives link from a person with 20 points on his profile (all apparently from his post here) serve as the final answer here?  In trying to clean up old artifacts on my system, I can't get this to patch on Windows 10, I can't uninstall it properly because the setup program sees there is a newer version on the system, and now I can't update it to the point where it will uninstall because I apparently need and MSDN subscription to get older files.

This leaves us in a bind requiring a clean install of Windows to clean off the artifacts OR we need to trust a google drives link, which is probably perfectly fine, but not up to what I'd expect from MS.
