Hello,

Sorry for my English

I have a problem with emerging critical system error

Kernel-Power ID 41, the category of jobs (63)
The system has rebooted without cleanly closing. Possible causes of error: the system stops responding or has failed or there was an unexpected power loss.

The error occurs only when you reboot the system. The effect of the error is a long start system. After restarting, when booting appears for approx. 40-50 seconds, a blue screen that says "Please wait." Long start Windows persists after two shutdown (Start-Close)

Error details:

The problem identified and solved in its own way.

  • Fatal error Kernel-Power 41 and the error-Kernel Boot 29 were caused by the option set "Quick Start" in the Power Options - disable solved the problem with errors.

  • At the start of a long and appearing screen "Wait"

I restored the system to a state directly after the installation of Windows, the problem disappeared. When installing any software, checking whether it has an impact on the start of the system - it turned out that after the installation of SQL Server 2008 R2 Express the problem returned.

Removing SQL Server according to the instructions of support.microsoft (removal of local security groups to stop services to uninstall), unfortunately, has not helped to solve the problem.

I located a bug in the Windows System log in the application:
Event 6006 - Winlogon
Subscriber Notification Services winlogon <GPClient> 61 s needed to handle the notification event (CreateSession).

I followed the advice on the TechNet forum - do not want to give here a particular article or a particular solution - the problem resolved.

The system loads normally.

Unfortunately, this example does not help me solve the problem.

Colleague, there is a problem with the power supply in a desktop computer. I have a Dell Latitude E7440 laptop. I have a second AC adapter for Dell laptop (with the same parameters), but the connected problem persists.

I checked the computer for errors. Dell Diagnostic Software (F12) nothing showed. Memory - ok, hard drive ok.

  • I set the Power Options to "High performance"
  • I turned off hibernation and system sleep
  • I do not have duplicate audio drivers
  • Tested the graphics program Unigine Heaven - test ok,
  • I changed my power supply

I noticed that when you change these settings, not every time an error occurs, however, also appears during shutdown.

As I mentioned earlier I also have a problem with appearing screen "wait". The screen appears for approx. 30-40 seconds, only if reboot the computer.

I can confirm that the error:

  • Kernel Power - 41,
  • Kernel Boot - 29

results enabled fastboot in the Power Options.
One problem solved. The other does not.

The effect of the exclusion option, there is a long start - about 50-60 sec.
Every time (reboot, shutdown) screen appears with the word "wait".

Please help solve the problem of long-start system
