Customize meeting room decline message

Is it possible to customize/change meeting room decline message,

Your meeting request was declined.

You don't have permission to book this resource.

I don't believe there is any supported way to customize these messages.

Agree with Ed. Just want to add that you can add additional response, which might be helpful in some cases. Take a look at the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet documentation and more specifically the -AddAdditionalResponse parameter: /en-us/powershell/module/exchange/mailboxes/set-calendarprocessing?view=exchange-ps
