Edit Category's Name in Sharepoint 2010

Hello. I can't figure out how to edit "Category" name in SharePoint 2010. I have files grouped by categories in the list. As an example one category has the name "Category: Information" that I am trying to change to "Information". Much appreciated your help!

Hi Yulechka,

If it is not the content type and be a simple choice column. 

Go to List settings  > Scroll down and search for Category columns and Edit the column by clicking on it and make the changes accordingly.
