Where to download dhcploc.exe tool?

I can't find where to download the dhcploc.exe tool, is it no longer supported or is there an updated version for server 2008? I download the server 2003 resource toolkit which is supposed to have it but it doesn't:

I also tried the XP version, but that's not letting me install on my windows 7 PC: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=18546

Thanks for posting here.

We have also included this utility in Windows Server 2008 support tools (located in the \Support\Tools folder of the operating system CD).

Please go and check it.

Hello,

Did you try running the Tool in compatibility mode on win 7/2008 ?? If not try to run it and see whether it works.
