Tecknet wireless mouse and new windows 10 update

Question

Have a Tecknet mouse that was working before the last update but now drivers will not install. I assume they use drivers already installed in Windows. Any ideas? Help

A lot of users are reporting this and uninstalling the cumulative update that caused it.  However, your image shows "There are no compatible drivers for this device."  This symptom has not been reported before to my knowledge.  So, what happens if you use the Update driver Browse my computer... Let me pick...  sequence?

No driver found no matter what I do.

There is a problem in the last update.  Drivers get uninstalled and not replaced.

I would have hoped for a simpler workaround but if there are no drivers to point at maybe not.
