Question

We're using bginfo to display some information on users desktops, while still letting them change their background image. It all seems to work really well if you load an image and right click and apply it as your background.
The problem I'm seeing is in Windows 10 if you right click the background and select personalize and then choose a picture from the selection in there the next time bginfo applies it removes the wallpaper leaving you with a blank screen with the bginfo info still loaded.
Is there a way around this?
In BGinfo background is set to "copy the user's wallpaper settings"
Thanks

Hi,
To my knowledge, the solution for me that resolved the black background issue was hard setting a wallpaper background.
In Background interface, choose Use these settings rather than Copy user’s wallpaper settings.
Besides, there is a link introducing some solution for BGInfo on Windows 10 backgroud problem

Hi Teemo,
I'm trying to avoid forcing a specific wallpaper on to the users... :(
Thanks
