Hi,

Since this issue is more related to Windows 10, I'm moving it to a Windows 10  forum:

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-us/home?forum=win10itprogeneral&filter=alltypes&sort=lastpostdesc

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,

The crash happen on DUser.dll file which is the system files.

I suggest we use following commands to get scanned on your computer and see if there is any error during scanning. After scanning, please monitor your computer several days and see if there is the similar error appeared.

Open CMD as administrator and run these commands one by one:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

Then make sure to install all Windows updates for your computer.
