Windows Hello 0xc000005e

Question

Good Day everyone

We have Windows Hello enabled in our Company and today I got an user with an error I can't find much about.

"Your credentials could no be verified". After OK - the next message is "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (status: 0xc000005e, substatus: 0x0). Click to set up your PIN again."

He runs on Windows 10 Pro version 1901 os build 18363.476

Does anyone have some advice or similar experience with this error?

Thanks

delete the NGC folder here: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

That cleared out the previous biometrics data attached to user profile and allowed us to configure it all from scratch.
