Change server ip address SharePoint 2013

Hi,

We are changing the ip addresses of our SharePoint 2013 servers. Does this have any effect on application or servers?

Is there anything inside Sharepoint, IIS or SQL Server that will need to be changed?  Does Sharepoint store any information by IP address?  If so, where are all the places I can find these IP addresses Sharepoint is tracking?

Hi Manish,

At a very high level following actions are required

1. DNS record needs to be updated to point to the new IP
   2)Incase you use IP in the AAM- please update it
   3)Cross check  IIS bindings and update if required.

I also usually run the Configuration Wizard as a "just in case" after an IP change.
