Hi,
No sure what would you like to know, for the event it may record the certain error on your PC.
It seems these errors are related to log on with your Live account:
Please try these things:
1. Delete any cache of Microsoft account sign-in.
Settings -> Accounts, under "other accounts you use", remove all.
2. Next, delete any local accounts that are specific to Microsoft accounts.
Control Panel->**User Accounts **->Manage another accounts, delete the Microsoft account if applicable.
3. Change your group policy GPO. Navigate to
Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies/Security Options/Other/Accounts: Block Microsoft Accounts
Make sure this policy is disabled.
4. Edit your registry. Navigate to
HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
See if there is the account that is giving you trouble. If yes, delete it.
Please let me know the details of what issue you encountered so that I can help you more efficiently.
Thanks:)

1. Delete any cache of Microsoft account sign-in.
Settings -> Accounts, under "other accounts you use", remove all.
This computer has local accounts only, so there is no Microsoft account for removal.
2. Next, delete any local accounts that are specific to Microsoft accounts.
Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage another accounts, delete the Microsoft account if applicable.
As above mentioned, there is no Microsoft account for deletion.
3. Change your group policy GPO. Navigate to
Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies/Security Options/Other/Accounts: Block Microsoft Accounts
Make sure this policy is disabled.
As suggested, changed Accounts: Block Microsoft accounts from not defined to disabled. Path is
Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\
4. Edit your registry. Navigate to
HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
See if there is the account that is giving you trouble. If yes, delete it.
There is only one value (Default) REG_SZ (value not set), so no account for deletion.
Disabling WLIDSVC suppresses the errors, but would make Windows Essentials not functional.

On one of my windows 10 domain-joined machines I have similar errors, plus this one:
RPC call to function WLIDAcquireTokensWithNGC returned the following error code: 0x80090010.
I can't log on to my hotmail.com Microsoft account with Cortana or Mail or any other modern app.
