Here is the story.  I have a project I needed to take on that was in VS 2003 so I installed it on my computer where I already had VS 2005.  Some things were a little screwey after words so I ran the repair utility and everything seemed to be better.  Now, whenever I build my projects in VS 2005 (which use to run just fine) now fail with the following error:

"LC.exe" exited with code -532459699.

The above error message shows up in the error list and I get one of the send error report dialogs for each licenses.licx file (one per project) in the solution.

I have seen many simular errors but none with the same error code.  Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

After looking further into it and experimenting I found that it was really only assocated with one license string.  The ComponentOne Flex Grid had to be upgraded to a version that supported VS 2005.
