You are specifying LYNCENTRY as the product ID. Are you sure this is the correct Product ID to use for your existing scenario ?
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc178956(v=office.15).aspx#BKMK_uninstall
Look up the value of [ProductID]
in the Setup.xml file for the product that you want to modify/uninstall.

From the snippet of the log, it appears that the product installation has been corrupted. Probably, try to repair it from Control Panel first and then test the command again?
Also, is it Microsoft Lync Basic 2013?

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.

Thx for reply.
This shouldn't be Lync Basic. My Regkey says
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DisplayName - Microsoft Lync 2013 (32bit)
When i launch this setup.exe from this folder i can uninstall lync without any error. A time ago i had a language error when launching this setup.exe, so redownloaded the ISO from VLSC (Lync 2013 with SP1).
When run Repair befor uninstall i get the same error in log

The log show it straightly that the product installation has been corrupted. It could be the action that you reinstalled it before.
Are you trying to do this on a enterprise environment (a large mount of users)? Actually, I would recommend you to use Microsoft Fix it tool to remove this completely. This is the best choice to deal with corruptions.

I've installed new OS twice (for other reasons) on this system since i had this language error. So this is a clean system with almost nothing on it.
I'm just trying to Setup an Install Package for SCCM Install and Uninstall. After fixing the problem with SP1 for silent lync installation with ODT installation works fine.
I only get a Warning in my Install Log
2014/11/28 20:45:00:009::[4036] Applying patch:
2014/11/28 20:45:32:702::[4036] Warning: Unknown stage encountered while completing an MSI progress stage. Stage: 0
Application also runs without any errors. But i can't uninstall. I have only deployed this Application to a small amount of computers after installation seems to be fine. I don't need to uninstall right now but i would like to know whats wrong.
I've run Fix It Tool to uninstall and installed lync again but it's still the same error.

Looked up the setup.xml in lync.ww folder and my Setup ID is "Lync". With this Product ID uninstall works fine :)
I tried this ID before but only with my faulty iso where i had language error :(
