VS 2013 update 5 offline install

Hi,

Is there an offline version of the update available for download?

The only download resource I found was the web installer which downloads all the files during installation

I verified the issue with Brian Harry, this is his answer which satisfies my requirement

"Go to Visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs select Visual Studio 2013, and select ISO from the dropdown."
