Hello guys
trying to create an enviroment, where my team wants to use Azure DNS as a secondary DNS server. Also we want to replicate our on premise DNS.
Please let us know your thoughts.

Azure DNS doesn't currently support private DNS zones or zone transfers.
But if you're looking to replicate internal DNS records to Azure so that Azure VMs can see your on-premises resources then you can setup a custom DNS server VM in Azure and enable zone transfers.
If your on-premises DNS records are part of a domain, you could also setup a read-only domain controller in an Azure VM and leave the hard work to your active directory.
