Question

Hi,
Have recently got a cloud environment (to test & Use) and have made a network drive through a webDav link.
Works in itself nice but come across a few things that are not correct or irritating or a perhaps an security problem.
Firstproblem with WebDav:**
As said before, linking and registering is reasonably smooth (sometimes reporting that he can't find the storage (?) And immediately afterwards it will work).
After restarting / logging in again log i have to login to Webdav network drive because the login codes are not equal to Windows login.
Consciously i.v. security and use of different WebDav accounts.
But use two different accounts (Webdav) on the same Windows account.
Log in to Webdav with account one and create a file with standard name of Wordpad, Writer or other (Office 365 always asks for additional login, :-(( Why?) Software and put a piece of text in it unique for that file one .
Log off at Windows and log back into the same account.
Log in to Webdav with account two and create a file with the default name of Wordpad, writer or other software and put a piece of text in it unique for that file two.
Log off at Windows and log back into the same account.
Log in to Webdav with account one and open the file and then you see the text of file two that I can edit and manipulate.
Have also tried this for other equal file names and get the same result.
Have it submitted to the WebDav provider and after testing it gives the same result and after research they came to the conclusion that Windows keeps the cache data or doesn't delete / reset it.
with Internet searches you come across a Win 7 article from support Microsoft.cache-files-are-not-deleted-a-web-client-computer-that-is-running. So is it happening in Win 10 to?
Has someone any idea where on C drive the cache (dir) is saved?
Can it be reached by a local user and deleted (Workaround bij Dos-batch file until Microsoft Fixes it))
Should I have something modified by the user (admin) (Do not want a second separate account under windows).
Second problem with the WebDav:
Hi,
As already mentioned, I recently started an online storage that I access via WbDav via explorer / network drive.
When I copy or move files and folders there, the file attributes date and time (other attributes not yet checked) are adjusted.
Do not get the original attributes but the date and time of placement on Network (WebDav) disk.
This makes the checking and comparison of files by these attributes totally impossible.
According to the provider, this is due to the way of implementing WebDav in Windows 10.
Someone ideas or solutions to this problem?
Like to hear.
Best regards,
Theo

Sorry for the somewhat late response, still busy with an unresolved problem with update 1803, and had not found time yet (thought that I would also get a response to the mail but apparently is this not the case.
To answer your reply:
Had already found the page but the solution can not be applied to win 10 because:
% systemdrive% \ windows \ ServiceProfiles \ LocalService \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ TfsStore because you do not have rights there as a user but only as an administrator
When you get there as admin you see directory Tfs_DAV which is full of files (including lock files)I can delete this as an admin but not as a user.
So still no luck in this on the win 10 problem.
Any other suggestions?
Hope to hear from you or from anyone else.
