Elara is an application which is already installed on a new Windows 10 computer. Many users are complaining that this application shuts down the Windows 10 computer continuously. Reach our lexmark printer support for more details.

Hi,
Actually, Elara is the title of Apntex.exe. It controls your touchpad. Based on my search, many of article claimed “It is a malware”. But, It is not malware or virus at all.

If the issue still insists, you could perform a clean boot to avoid the effects of third party software.

Open Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features. Check if you could find Elara app to uninstall.
