I downloaded the Windows 10 IoT lastest image (.MSI) and ran it. I got a flash.ffu in the right place....
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT
But there is no IoTCoreImageHelper.exe
I also searched for the shortcut using WindowsIoT -- nothing
I'm just following the instructions and running everything on a laptop with Windows 10 and an SD card reader.... Is there something else that is supposed to give me the EXE? I can't burn the image without it. There are instructions for DISM on a command line, but I can't find DISM either.....
What am I missing? .... this whole process is poorly documented. Very confusing. I am actually trying to burn an image into Rasberry Pi 3B, but the download .msi assumes Pi 2. However, it does say somewhere that it works for 2 and 3..... although I don't think they support Bluetooth in IoT for 3B yet, I hope Wifi works, not sure.
Too MUCH MISINFORMATION....

You will need to use the dashboard.
Check the release notes at:
https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/win10/releasenotesinsiderpreview
"The IoTCoreImageHelper and IoTWatcher have been removed from the installation packages as their functionality has been included in the IoT Dashboard Application."
The Dashboard now does what you want.

Hi EQcomposer,
Harold's answer is correct. The steps for setting up IoT Core, including the dashboard, are available here
