Any Reason for Virtual WAN Hub Larger Than /23?
I've seen in the FAQ for Virtual WAN that the recommended hub network size is a /23. Are there reasons to go any larger (/21, /20, etc)? Is there a rough estimate of how many vnets / how much traffic a /23 hub will accommodate? Thanks!

I need to upgrade my public IP from Basic to Standard SKU
if I disassociate the current public IP, in order to upgrade to a standard SKU, does this mean that I will lose the current IP address which is currently assigned? And will I need to create new DNS records etc, to allow me to connect to my VM etc..
