Enrollment workflow failed: AlternativeBusinessContact is required

Hello! I'm trying to sign up in the store developer website. But, this error insists in a "Alternativa Business Contact" who was not requested when i was signin up. Can you help me, somehow? There is a way to fix it? I apreciate frow now!
