Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Resuming Bitlocker.
- Please try to Resume bitlocker using below commands
manage-bde -pause C:
manage-bde -resume C:
- Open tpm.msc to clear your TPM. Reboot. Run tpm.msc to set your own password.
- Run powershell as admin. Run "manage-bde -status". Shows no key protector. Run "Add-BitLockerKeyProtector -TpmProtector" and use "C:" for the mountpoint, just press enter for the next mount point.
- Please check event viewer for any Warrnings or Errors for further trobuleshooting.
