Edge redirect to https://www.google.com/pq/

When I input "google.com" and hit enter, edge sometimes redirect to "https://www.google.com/pq/". I am not sure if it is a hijack and how to deal with it. I tried with firefox and chrome, it doesn't happen.

I noticed you are sign-in with your Google Account in Microsoft Edge.
Try sign out and close the Microsoft Edge and try again and see if the problem persists?

you should go to NoAds Youtube Manage Extensions, In the site access you should change to "On Specific Site" .
Fill it with "https://www.youtube.com/"

Press F12 to bring up the dev tools. Go to the network tab. Type in the URL you want to go to and press ENTER. In the network tab you should see the GET to the original URL. If it returns back a 301/308 response then Google is redirecting your browser so you'll see another GET request to the URL returned by the server. That would have nothing to do with the browser in most cases. Otherwise it is likely a browser extension you're running.

google.com redirects to www.google.com which redirects to itself which then redirects to www.google.com/pq. So yes this is happening because the site is seeing something in the data (perhaps a notrack header in the request from the extension you mentioned) and it is redirecting to the given URL. However it is unable to find said URL and fails the call.

Yes
In my case it was due to an extension
as i uninstalled it
It became normal.

To roll back the changes in Edge, you should repair/reset it.

To repair Edge, follow these steps:
