You could use Mail Tester to verify what is the reason why these mails go to the junk mail folder.

in my school my organization (osis) is making website like school website, we want to send massage for our member in website they usually use hotmail as it provider email, but idk why i tried to send email to them but recently it goes to junk why is that? pleade help
