Hello Startup Team,

I am reaching out as regards the startup program in partnership with Azure. It is almost looking like the whole partnership with azure for startup credit is a scam. Because, I dont understand why I purposely create an azure account for the activation of credit and the account is getting blocked.

Please note; the account never has a credit or subscription either free or pay as you go. The account was purposefully created for activation of the azure credit and it got blocked at the point of creation.

Again please note that the account was not blocked at first, it was when I was finding it difficult to activate the credit and I reached out to the azure team that the account got blocked.

I tried reaching out to the startup team, they have been doing good in resolving it, I was asked to change my security info add more authetication for security which i did. But on them reaching out to the internal team to remove the block, the internal team responded with unable to verify account information and closed the support from their end.

I would like to ask, which information were they not able to verify and even if they are not, are they not meant to reachout first and do a proper review of the account or request for some information before they close the ticket themselves without offering any guidiance or solution. It is just totally poor.

In as much as I respect the policies and all, this whole thing are not adding up because i dont understand how so much difficulties in activating a credit. Other startups supporters like AWS doesnt make it difficult this way and they still stick to policies. What happen to helping customers out in getting to use azure and providing solutions.

The whole startup is just looking like you giving out credit but stopping people from using it which is annoying.

I would like to request for a proper review and a solution. Thank you.
