Wrong Name and Email Info getting pulled for new Azure Subscription

I'm attempting to create an Azure Pay-As-You-Go subscription after previously using an Azure free trial.

During registration, the profile information section automatically populates with an outdated last name and an incorrect notification email address. These fields are disabled and cannot be edited.

I've verified that my personal Microsoft account profile, billing information, and Microsoft Entra ID user properties all contain my current, correct information.

I've also signed out, closed my browser, and signed back in, but the outdated information persists.

Could you please help identify and update the account record being used to populate the Azure subscription registration form so I can complete registration with accurate information?

    Hi Eddie,

You've already started some troubleshooting & checked the obvious profile sources, so Iets start with Billing. It's important to note that Microsoft documents that Azure billing account is separate from your Azure user account and Microsoft account I have attached the relevant documentation FYI>>

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-azure-account-profile

Follow these steps to check >> Go to Azure Portal → sign in → search for “Cost Management + Billing” → select Properties and check the billing account/contact information shown there.

If the old name/email remain locked during signup, the next step is to raise a Billing support request.

Go to >> Azure Portal → Help + support → Create a support request and include a screenshot of the incorrect read only fields plus the steps you've taken already.

That will get the issue in front of the team that can investigate the billing/account record and get you back on track.
