Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am a student at the National University of Ostroh Academy in Ukraine.

I cannot activate Azure for Students because my university email domain (@oa.edu.ua) is not recognized.

I also receive the AADSTS16000 authentication error when accessing Azure Portal.

When I attempt to contact Azure Education Support, I am redirected to Microsoft Engage Center, which displays:

"You don't have permissions to any workspaces in Engage Center."

I do not have an active Azure subscription, so I cannot create a standard support ticket.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help me identify a working support channel to review my Azure for Students eligibility and university domain verification?

I can provide additional information privately through an official support channel if required.

Thank you!

I think @AzureSupport on X is the next contact to try, since Azure Portal sign-in is failing and Engage Center shows no workspace access. Share this thread and ask where to request an Azure for Students eligibility and @oa.edu.ua domain review without an existing subscription.

AADSTS16000 concerns tenant sign-in, while the Engage Center message concerns workspace permissions. Neither explains the failed academic verification. If X doesn't help, ask your university IT team whether they can help reach Microsoft Support. Keep student documents and full error details for a private support channel.
