    Hi @Don Shawver ,

please take a look here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/

Select "Career Paths" and you will find different learning paths based on your preferred topic.

Sign in to Microsoft Learn, create or copy a Collection, and then convert that Collection into a Plan.^1^

    Create your learning plan

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.
A Learn profile is required to create or start a plan.
    2. Create a Collection or copy an existing Collection.
Add the Azure modules and learning paths you want to complete. A Collection is the initial list of training content from which the plan is built.
    3. Open the Collection and convert it to a Plan.
      The Collection’s:
      • Title and description transfer to the plan.
      • Sections become plan milestones.
      • Original Collection remains unchanged.
    4. Customize the plan.
      • Add learning outcomes describing the skills to be gained.
      • Set recommended days for each milestone.
      • Reorder, add, edit, or remove milestones.
      • Move training items between milestones.
    5. Add more content if required.
      • Open the Microsoft Learn module or learning path.
      • Select the + icon near the top.
      • Select Plans.
      • Choose your unpublished plan and select Save.
    6. Finalize and publish the plan.
After publishing, use Manage > Invite learner to copy its link or email it. If it is only for personal use, access it later under Profile > Plans; plans you created appear on the Created tab.^1^

A plan cannot be deleted after another learner has started it, although it can still be edited.
