Hi

I have been trying to get in touch with billing for startups. But I can't seem to find an email or a telephone number. This is quite urgent, we have had to stop the subscription and our development of the application from being billed. I am not getting an option to raise a support ticket.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

Kousik

Hi Kousik,I understand the urgency, especially since your startup development has been affected by the billing issue.

I recommend contacting Microsoft for Startups Program Support through the Azure Portal > Microsoft for Startups > Your Microsoft Team > Get program support.

If you cannot see the support option, try Azure Portal > Help + Support > Create a support request and select Billing. Billing support is generally available without a paid technical support plan.

Explain the unexpected charges, credit expiration concerns, and subscription status. Request a billing review and ask whether any refund or additional credit assistance is available. Please note that refunds are subject to approval, and expired startup credits are not normally extended.

If neither support option is available, ask a Microsoft Q&A moderator to help identify the appropriate escalation channel. Share your subscription and billing details privately.

Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
