Hello, I am an independent publisher based in Türkiye and I own the website 1ol(.)com(.)tr.

I would like to monetize my website by displaying advertisements through Microsoft Monetize. I do not currently have a Microsoft Monetize account.

Could you please tell me how I can apply for a new Microsoft Monetize publisher account and whether publishers based in Türkiye are eligible?
