How I can fetch user and permissions details from graph apis for a shared mailbox?

I wanted to know if there is some graph apis support available that tells whether all the users that have access to the shared mailbox account or not? Is there some graph apis available that can tell users and permissions for the shared mailbox? Has this functionality or feature been made yet?

The Graph API cannot answer this, as it has very limited support for Exchange Online "admin" operations. You will have to use Exchange Online PowerShell cmdlets instead, such as Get-MailboxPermission and Get-MailboxFolderPermission. Here's a quick example:

Get-MailboxPermission ******@domain.com

I also have few ready-to-use scripts that cover reporting on various permission types, if you are interested.

Is there some other method by which I can achieve the same requirement through SDK or some Python library or any alternative other than Powershell commandlets? I am trying to build a backend tool that would show these details, but it would be tricky to run the powershell commands. Do you have any idea about this?

If you want to get rid of any PowerShell dependencies, you can call the underlying REST API directly. However, this is not an officially supported method, so if anything goes wrong, you will be on your own.

Is there any Microsoft Graph API beta endpoint available to fetch the list of users who have access to a SharePoint site as Owners, Members, or Visitors using an App Registration?
