We tried to scale up Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server from Burstable tier (B1) to General Purpose tier (Intel, Standard_D4s_v3). The server got stuck in Updating state with a message to wait and if it's taking too long to contact Microsoft Support.

We contacted Microsoft Support, but with our basic plan we could not contact the technical team. After around 6h when it was still stuck, we cancelled the deployment. This didn't change anything.

The server has been stuck for more than a week now. We scaled-up our Support Plan on Azure and created a technical ticket a few days ago, but still we get no help.

We contacted you on X asking to help and we only got response, that they will escalate it, but still no real help was provided and the server is stuck in 'Updating' state with the same message as shown on the screenshot above.

We created a backup of the server. We can recreate it.

However, still we need you to remove this resource, which is stuck. Can somebody help to get the service removed (or bring it back to 'Ready' state if that's easier)?
