error in microsoft entra <interaction required>

Hey there, Shahryar Safari

Please can you sign into your Microsoft account, that is connected to the tenant you are trying to sign into, here: https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory

Do you see your tenant listed in the table showing your directories

The reason why I am asking is because that error normally comes up when you sign into a Microsoft account that is not associated with a tenant. Thus, it tries to sign you into the Microsoft Services tenant instead.

It may be worth trying to sign-in using an InPrivate browsing session on the Entra ID blade here: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade

Thanks,
Nathan

no it isnt there

Hey there, Shahryar Safari

Thanks for the response. This is confirming what I suspected the problem was.

It looks as though either, your account has been removed from tenant, or the tenant has been deleted. To work out what may have happened, please can you answer these additional questions:

1. When was the last time you were able to sign into your tenant?
2. What did you do when you last signed in?
3. Did you change anything on your account or convert your account from a guest to a member?

1. Is anyone else an administrator for your tenant?

Thanks,
Nathan
