Microsoft for Startups blocked by AADSTS16000 – cannot access Azure Portal or Program Support

I am blocked before completing Microsoft for Startups onboarding.

“Verify with LinkedIn” does not work, and when I try to access Azure Portal I receive AADSTS16000 stating that my personal Microsoft account does not exist in the “Microsoft Services” tenant.

Because Azure Portal itself cannot authenticate me, I cannot access Microsoft for Startups → Get Program Support, so the documented support route is inaccessible.

I have not completed Azure account creation or redeemed the startup Azure credits.

Please escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / identity provisioning and repair or reset the tenant/account linkage so I can complete LinkedIn verification and Azure account creation.
