Problem description

I am experiencing connectivity issues with my Function App across four different locations, where external HTTP monitors are unable to connect to three of my App Service apps. Despite the monitors' timeouts, the apps continue to serve other clients without errors, restarts, or configuration changes. I am seeking a detailed root cause analysis of this incident.

Web App, Function App down or reporting errors, Microsoft.Web/sites

What I've already tried

I have reviewed the available case details and diagnostic information. I have not tried any troubleshooting steps beyond this review.

Current status

I am looking for a deeper engineering review to confirm whether the issue was caused by a transient inbound connectivity interruption or a path-specific problem, and to identify the root cause.

The symptoms suggest a transient inbound connectivity or network-path issue rather than an application-level failure, especially because the affected App Service/Function Apps continued serving other clients without errors or restarts.

I would first compare the affected regions and App Service instances, review Azure Service Health and platform metrics for the incident window, and check HTTP access logs, Application Insights, and networking configuration. I would also compare successful and failed requests by source IP, region, DNS resolution, and network path.

If only external HTTP monitors were affected while other clients continued to connect successfully, this would point toward a path-specific or transient inbound connectivity problem. If the issue affected multiple apps in different locations simultaneously, a platform-level networking event should also be investigated.

Without the timestamps, affected regions, request IDs, and App Service diagnostic logs, the exact root cause cannot be confirmed from the available information alone.

I greatly appreciate your response. I seem to be linked to a SpaceX Starlink connection. One running telemetry packets through the subnet mass proxy server undetected. GitHub copilot called at an OCTO computer machine and sophisticated social engineering. I get the device is signed out sign back in. Some keywords are integrated. I’ve noticed Web kits a lot of which are things I’ve created trying to work this out but the initial in fraction is coming on a home local loop back and external access. VS code did catch a lot of the infractions pretty much every probe. I was not sure how to properly decipher that I’m having encryption key issues/par B/ ation of clouds and I know it open an AI has something to do with it and 100% meta chromium ui
