How can I disable top bar in Hyper-V client in full screen Permanently.
I am using Dell Tablet.
Window 11 is on tablet and I am running window 7 in Hyper V connection.
When I touched the screen it appears and behind the bar there are some button.
I want to disable it permanently

Based on your query of how to disable top bar in Hyper-V client in full screen permanently as well as the provided screenshot. Well! To permanently disable the top bar so touch inputs never trigger it, you connect to your Windows 7 VM using Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe) instead of the Hyper-V console. You can follow the steps below.
Another suggested workaround is on your Dell tablet, start the Windows 7 VM in Hyper-V Manager. Select View → Full Screen Mode. Move your finger/mouse to the top of the screen so the bar appears. On the left side of the bar, find the pin icon; it is the icon visible in your screenshot. Tap the pin icon once. The icon should change to the un-pinned state. Then move your finger away from the top and wait about 5 seconds. The toolbar should then disappear automatically.
