Cannot use an AI components on my Copilot+ PC(Surface Pro 12")

I have a Surface Pro 12" which is a Copilot+ PC. I recently got it but the problem is that I can't use any AI components. Only two of them have the version number, while the other 2 are displayed as version 0.0.0.0
Does anyone know how to fix this?
