My Microsoft account was hacked I can see sign in attempts my other bound third party accounts was hacked over mail.

I am trying to secure my third party accounts , I already changed pw added few mails , even tried authenticator but wasnt able to , I lost my discord and epic account during this compromised period. The hacker deleted my recent mails from outlook so its very painfull to try to get my accounts back. I need my recent mails restored . I tried normal restoration which I wasnt able to please help thank you in advance. I have 2 factor authentication and everything but still hacked. I m in shock.
