I accidentaly uninstalled my camera driver from device manager because my camera is showing no camera are attached

That indicates the Dell installer also cannot find your webcam.

Open Device Manager.

Select any device category, then at the top, click Action - Scan for new hardware, is that process able to find the webcam drivers.

In that case, click your Start Button, then just type rstrui and press Enter.

That will open the System Restore utility, check if you have a system restore point dated before you deleted the webcam drivers.

If you uninstalled the webcam drivers, then the best option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website to download and reinstall the version of webcam drivers they provide.

If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

There is no dell Inspiron 15 311, there is the 3111, 3110 and 3115
