I need the status on case #7108738449. Can't email attachments out of Word or Excel. Google is my mail server.

This is a peer support forum and we don't have access to your case, but, in order to send mail from any Office program, you must be using a MAPI-compliant mail client such as Classic Outlook (New Outlook will not work). If you have a Gmail account, you can set it to download your mail to Outlook via POP or SMTP, but you can't send attachments from Word or Excel directly through Gmail.
