In Outlook, remove the sender from the Blocked senders list:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Go to Mail > Junk email.
    3. In Blocked senders or Blocked senders and domains, select the bank’s email address or domain.
    4. Select Remove.
    5. Select Save.

If messages from that sender are still going to Junk, add the address or domain to Safe senders and domains:

    1. In Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    2. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender.
    3. Enter the bank’s email address or domain.
    4. Select OK, then Save.

    Hello,

If the email was moved to Junk after you blocked it, right-click the email in the Junk folder and select 'Move it to Inbox'.

Then, open an incognito tab in any web browser.

Sign in with your Microsoft account here-

Go to the 'Blocked Senders and domains' tab and delete the bank Email address.

    --*

And switch to Safe senders and domains tab,

Add the Bank email address there.

So that emails from this sender will be automatically delivered to your Inbox folder.
