all jobs stuck in the queue

Try these steps in order on Windows:

1. Cancel all stuck print jobs
   • Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
   • Select the thermal printer.
   • Select Open print queue.
   • Right-click each job and select Cancel.
2. Restart the Print Spooler service
   • Press Windows key + R.
   • Type services.msc and press Enter.
   • Find Print Spooler.
   • Right-click it and select Restart.
3. Manually clear the spool folder if jobs still will not clear
   Warning: this removes all pending print jobs.
   • Open services.msc again.
   • Right-click Print Spooler and select Stop.
   • Open File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
   • Delete all files in that folder.
   • Go back to services.msc.
   • Right-click Print Spooler and select Start.
4. Restart both the printer and the PC
   • Turn off the printer.
   • Wait at least 60 seconds.
   • Turn the printer back on.
   • Restart the PC from Start > Power > Restart.
   • Try printing again.
5. If the queue keeps getting stuck, check the printer driver
   • Open Device Manager.
   • Expand Print queues or Printers.
   • Remove unnecessary, old, or duplicate printer drivers.
   • Install the latest driver for the printer model from the manufacturer.
6. If printing still fails, run the Windows printer troubleshooter
   • On Windows 10, run the automated printer troubleshooter in the Get Help app.
