I am unable to add [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@bergmann-marine.com to Outlook

It tells me that [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@bergmann-marine.com is not a valid email address.

I am able to send and receive messages on my iPhone and on my iPad for that email account.

    I understand that the email account works correctly on your iPhone and iPad but cannot be added to Outlook.

    To help narrow this down, could you please confirm which version of Outlook you are using: New Outlook, Classic Outlook, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web? Also, are you entering the full email address, such as ******@bergmann-marine.com?
