Since the standard troubleshooting has already been attempted, it may be time to focus on identifying whether this is tied to your user profile, a recent system change, or a deeper Windows component issue.
As a quick additional check, try creating a new local Windows user account and sign in with that account. If the Windows key works there, the issue may be limited to your current user profile rather than the keyboard or hardware itself.
You can consider trying these steps:
- Open Settings > Accounts > Other users.
- Select Add account and create a temporary local user.
- Sign out and log in to the new account.
- Test whether the Windows key works.
If the Windows key still does not function in the new profile, and all previous troubleshooting has been completed, I recommend continuing through your existing support case so the support team can review the findings already collected and determine the next level of investigation.
