i need to access my past sent emails containing 100's hours research over 1000's items, while lost using Outlook Classic.

My laptop was supposed to have Office installed qualifying me for upgrades to windows, etc. After 18months, and numerous downloads, apparently Windows determined i did not quality? as office was only a shell/part loaded version with only very basic programmes. Outlook started to corrupt, and degrade to the point that outwards emails only queued up / inward files also had difficulties.

THEN Windows 11 started to have problems. After many hours with Copilot, trying many alternative solutions, it was that Windows was self-protecting? preventing any repairs. I was advised i need to create a USB boot , loaded with Winnows 11 OS , delete original install and reinstall fresh.

Finally had even more problems, reported to Microsoft, and some diagnostics got Windows operating. too much wasted time, moved to GMAIL !

I hope i am the only one going down this track, but highly unlikely.

I still need to access my old sent reference emails from Outlook. Any advice will be welcomed.

    You should be able to access your Outlook email from any browser opened to https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ If this doesn't work, please advise and we'll work on another approach.

    I would also suggest you setup Auto Forwarding to your GMail account so that any mail sent to your Outlook address follows you to GMail.
