Download CPU-Z from the official CPUID website and run it. Please ignore any ads in your browser and focus only on downloading the actual CPU-Z software.

  • In CPU-Z, Open the SPD tab and use the drop‑down to select each slot; this shows full details for each RAM module (size, type, speed, timings, manufacturer).
  • The Memory tab gives a quick summary of your current memory configuration (type, total size, channel mode, frequency).

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
Depending on the information you need about the RAM, you can find it by right-clicking the Start Menu icon > System.
Or on the Task Manager, right-click in a blank area of the taskbar > Task Manager > Performance tab > Memory

Press Windows + R, type dxdiag, hit Enter

On the "System" tab, look for "Memory"

Alternatively:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → open Task Manager.

Select Performance → Memory.

Look for Memory/total capacity

You can also see the speed and whether/how much memory is in use.
