Azure for Students eligibility issue

I am a full-time M.Tech student at NIT Warangal, India. I used my official NIT Warangal student email address to verify my academic status. The verification email was successfully verified and showed that my academic status was successfully verified.

However, when I try to activate Azure for Students, I receive the message: “You're not eligible for an Azure free account.”

I have previously used Azure with a personal Microsoft account, but I don't remember which Microsoft account was used. I currently want to activate Azure for Students using my verified NIT Warangal student email.

Please check my eligibility and let me know why the Azure for Students offer is being rejected.
