I completed my az 500 exam on aug 31st . But since the day I completed the exam I dont see the option of sharing the online verifiable certificate to the external media or download the certificate

For this certification, the current supported path is to view/print the certificate and save it as PDF from the Certification Dashboard. The older download/share experience is not always available in the way it previously was.

Steps:

1. Open the Certification Dashboard.
2. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
3. Under the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification, select View certification details.
4. Use Print and save it as PDF.

If the certification is missing, or the share/print option does not appear even though the certification is listed as earned, use Certification support for help with missing certificates, badges, or sharing issues.

Also note:

• A certificate is issued for the certification, not every exam by itself.
• Microsoft no longer uses Credly for certification downloads.
• Certificates, badges, and transcript access are managed from the Certification Dashboard.
